Immunohistochemistry analysis of HAS2 in paraffin-embedded human kidney section. Samples were incubated with HAS2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25593) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by an undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.

Immunohistochemistry analysis of HAS2 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue. Samples were incubated with HAS2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25593) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
