- Detection of human HMCES by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-HMCES antibody (Product # A305-681A-T (lot A305-681A-T-2) used for IP at 40 µL per reaction. HMCES was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HMCES antibody (Product # A305-867A-T). For blotting immunoprecipitated HMCES, Product # A305-681A-T was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
