Experimental details

Detection of Human FKBP25 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, and CHP-100 human neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat FKBP25 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3955) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for FKBP25 at approximately 25 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
