COL8A2 protein immunostaining from the cornea 2 months after injection with Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (DPBS) (4 ul, upper figures) or Ad-Cas9-Col8a2gRNA (0.63 x 10 7 vg in 4 ul, lower figures).
