Description

It is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes human Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (IL3RA). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media. It is analyzed by Flow cytometry for its binding to IL3RA on the surface of TF-1, a CD123-expressing leukemia cell line and it has high binding affinity against IL3RA.
