- Western Blot analysis of Ubiquilin 2 using Ubiquilin 2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112216) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HEK-293 whole cell lysate, Lane B: HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane C: Jurkat?HepG2 whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 ?g per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 66 kDa. Observed band size: 70 kDa.
