- Detection of Human BAP31 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Nalm-6 human Pre-B acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line, human heart tissue and human cortex tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human BAP31 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5574) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for BAP31 at approximately 31 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
