- Western blot analysis of HeLa cell lysate (each 30 ug) was resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with HSPB1 monoclonal antibody , clone 2A5 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1091). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
