Experimental details

IHC-P analysis of human pancreas infiltrating ductal adenocarcinoma tissue using MIA antibody. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with an alcohol-soluble AEC chromogen. Optimal results for these conditions were achieved with heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 Sodium Citrate buffer or enzyme induced antigen retrieval with proteinase K at room temperature.
