- Flow (Intracellular): B7-H6 Antibody (875023) - Azide Free [MAB71441] - A cell surface stain was performed on U-937 cells with B7-H6 Antibody (875023) MAB71441AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control(orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Phycoerythin.
