- Western blot analysis of cell lysates of HepG2 (60 ug) and Ramos (60 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with AICDA monoclonal antibody , clone 2D3 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1107). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
