- Western blot analysis of ENO3 in Lane A: HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: Hela Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane C: MOLT4 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane D: Raji Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a ENO3 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29237) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:150000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:47 kDa. Observed band size:50 kDa.

- Flow cytometric analysis of Human ENO3 expression on HeLa cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual, stained with ENO3 Monoclonal Antibody (1) (Product # MA5-29237), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
