Experimental details

Western blot of anti-Custerin antibody (clone A15113A) and isotype-matched IgG_2a control, binding to endogenous and recombinant human clusterin. Lane 1: 0.5 µL of human serum; Lane 2: 50 ng of recombinant human clusterin protein. Blots were incubated with 5 µg/ml of each primary antibody at room temperature for one hour, followed by incubation with horseradish peroxidase labeled goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (clone Poly4053). Enhanced chemiluminescence was used as the detection system.
