Description

Sotevtamab (AB-16B5) is a humanized IgG2 monoclonal antibody targeting clusterin, a chaperone protein involved in cell survival, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), and treatment resistance in cancer. It binds to clusterin to inhibit its anti-apoptotic and pro-metastatic functions, thereby suppressing tumor progression and metastasis. It is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, such as prostate and lung cancers.
