- Western blot analysis of MARK3 in Positive control: Lane 1: rat brain tissue lysate, Lane 2: A431 cell lysate, Lane 3: 293 cell lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with MARK3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34841), at a dilution of 1:500 (5% BSA, 2 hours), followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.
