Experimental details

Western blot of anti-Flotillin-1 antibody (clone W16108A) and isotype-matched IgG2a control. Blots were incubated with 5µg/ml (left) or 0.5µg/ml (middle) anti-Flotillin-1 antibody, or rat IgG2a, κ isotype control antibody (right) overnight at 4°C, followed by the incubation with horseradish peroxidase labeled goat anti-mouse secondary antibody. Enhanced chemiluminescence was used as the detection system. M: molecular weight marker; brain lysates: 20µg; Myc-tagged Flotillin-1 or GST-tagged Flotillin-2 recombinant protein: 20 ng.
