- Western blot analysis of SIRP gamma in NK‚92 human natural killer lymphoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, and human thymus tissue. Samples were incubated in SIRP gamma polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47627) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. Specific bands were detected for SIRPγ/CD172g at approximately 45-50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
