- Western blot analysis of SIRP gamma in Lane A: 293T Membrane Lysate (20 µg). Samples were probed using a SIRP gamma Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81025) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:42 kDa. Observed band size:33 kDa.

Observed band size: 33 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
