L1 mouse intestine lysates L2 rat lung lysates probed with Anti CD36/PAS-4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8873R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at 37°C. Predicted band 5kD. Observed band size:41kD.
