- Flow cytometry analysis of C1QL4 in MCF-7 cells (right histogram) and negative control cells (left histogram). Cells were stained with a C1QL4 polyclonal antibody (N-term) (Product # PA5-48224) at a dilution of 1:10. After incubation of the primary antibody, the cells were stained with a FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:50.
