Western blot analysis of Myosin 6 in (lane 1) A431 (lane 2) MCF-7 (lane 3) MDA-MB-231 lysates. Samples were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with a Myosin 6 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-24948) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. The antibody was developed using a Goat Anti-mouse IgG-Peroxidase and a chemiluminescent substrate.
