Immunoprecipitation of Human Nbs1. Nbs1 was immunoprecipitated from 500 μg of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line lysate following incubation with 2 µg Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse Nbs1 Mono-clonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB15731) for 1 hour on ice. Nbs1-antibody complexes were absorbed using goat anti-mouse IgG-agarose (Sigma). Immunoprecipitated Nbs1 was detected by Western blot using 1 µg/mL Human/Mouse/Rat Nbs1 Mono-clonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1573). View our recommended buffer recipes for immunoprecipitation.
