Western blot of clone 1H8/C3b. Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: C3 protein; Lane 3: C3b protein; Lane 4: C3bi protein; Lane 5: Human liver lysate; Lane 6: BSA negative control; Lane 7: Human plasma. The blot was incubated with either clone 1H8/C3b or purified mouse IgG1, κ isotype control at 1 µg/ml overnight. Following primary antibody incubation, the blot was incubated with a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody.
