- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1), U-937 (Lane 2), Jurkat (Lane 3), K-562 (Lane 4), Raji (Lane 5) and MCF7 (Lane 6). The blot was probed with Anti-NCF2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37323, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 60kDa band corresponding to NCF2 was observed across all cell lines tested except for MCF7.
