Experimental details

Flow cytometric analysis of recombinant Human IFN-γ reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Human IFN-γ (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IFN-γ R2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47938). The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.5 µg/mL.
