- Lane 1:20 ug of rat brain hippocampus was loaded and ABIN152455 labels a band at 180 kDa. Lanes 2-3: HEK 293 cells expressing NR2A or NR2B respectively. The antibody labels only NR2B and shows no reactivity with NR2A. Non-specific staining of additional bands is seen in HEK293 cells but not in rat brain.
