- Detection of human Ymer by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Ymer antibody A302-093A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Ymer was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Ymer antibodies A302-094A and A302-095A, which recognize downstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated Ymer, A302-094A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
