Samples were probed using a STX8 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81271) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:27 kDa. Observed band size:27 kDa.
