- Immunohistochemistry analysis of alpha-2b Adrenergic Receptor in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma. Samples were incubated with alpha-2b Adrenergic Receptor polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49610) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
