Experimental details

Immunoblot Analysis (Representative blot from previous lot).Non-stimulated (lane 1) or EGF-stimulated (lane 2) HFF cell lysates were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-SHC (Y317), 1/1000 dilution. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrows indicates phosphorylated SHC.
