- Detection of Human IKK epsilon by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MDA-MB-468 human breast cancer cell line, Ramos human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line, and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat IKK epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3199) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for IKK epsilon at approximately 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 3.

IKK epsilon was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated with LPS and monensin using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat IKK epsilon Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3199) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature.
