- Immunocytochemichal analysis of H4K5cr in Hela cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112543) at a dilution of 1:75. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were also counter-stained with DAPI.

- Chromatin Immunoprecipitation analysis of H4K5cr in 4*10^6 Hela cells using a H4K5cr polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-112543). Hela cells were treated with Micrococcal Nuclease, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 5 µg anti-HIST1H4A or a control normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified using real-time PCR with primers against the beta-Globin promoter.

- Immunoprecipitation analysis of H4K5cr in Hela whole cell lysate using a Polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-112543). Samples were treated with 5 µg of the primary antibody and an HRP-conjugated Protein G secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:2,000. Lane 1: Rabbit control IgG, Lane 2: 500 µg of Hela whole cell lysate, Lane 3: 20 µg of Hela whole cell lysate.
