- Experimental details
- Chemotaxis Induced by CCL14a/HCC-1 and Neutral-ization by Human CCL14/ HCC-1/HCC-3 Antibody. Recombinant Human CCL14a/ HCC-1 (Catalog # 1578-HC) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human CCR1 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL14a/HCC-1 (10 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Rat Anti-Human CCL14/HCC-1/ HCC-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3241). The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.5 µg/mL.
