- Cell lysates of A-549 (lane 1), 293T (lane 2) and mouse kidney (lane 3) (35 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with CHGA monoclonal antibody, clone 3A5 (Cat # MAB2060) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
