- Description
- Protein A purified. It reacts with a 75kDa melanocyte-specific gene product, identified as Tyrosinase-related protein-1 (TRP-1). It is involved in melanin synthesis. TRP1 is present on the melanosomal membranes of melanoma, normal melanocytes and nevi.Recent evidence suggests that TRP-1 is involved in maintaining stability of tyrosinase protein and modulating its catalytic activity. TRP-1 is also involved in maintenance of melanosome ultrastructure and affects melanocyte proliferation and cell death.

- Flow Cytometry: TYRP1 Antibody (TA99) [NBP2-32906] - Flow Cytometry: TYRP1 Antibody (TA99) [Allophycocyanin] [NBP2-34720APC] - An intracellular stain was performed on SK-MEL-28 cells with TYRP1 Antibody (TA99) NBP2-34720APC (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to allophycocyanin. Image using the Allophycocyanin form of this antibody.

- Flow (Intracellular): TYRP1 Antibody (TA99) [NBP2-32906] - Flow Cytometry: TYRP1 Antibody (TA99) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-34720] - An intracellular stain was performed on SK-MEL-28 cells with TYRP1 Antibody (TA99) NBP2-34720PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to phycoerythrin. Image using the Azide and BSA Free form of this antibody.
