- Western blot analysis of GATSL2 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with GATSL2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72114) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: A549 whole cell lysate; Lane 2: Caco2 whole cell lysate; Lane 3: Hela whole cell lysate; Lane 4: MDA-MB-231 whole cell lysate; Lane 5: HepG2 whole cell lysate; Lane 6: U-2OS whole cell lysate; Lane 7: SK-BR-3 whole cell lysate. Predicted band size: 36 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of GATSL2 in paraffin-embedded human colon tissue. Samples were incubated with GATSL2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72114) using a dilution of 1:250 for 15 min at room temperature followed by Leica Bond Polymer Refine Detection. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde at room temperature. Heat induced epitope retrieval was performed by EDTA buffer (pH 9 0).
