- A431 cell extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with monoclonal Caspase-9 Antibody Cat.-No AM05287PU-S (Clone 96-2-22). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence system.
