- STX17 antibody detects STX17 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and human STX17-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with STX17 antibody (GTX632042) at a dilution of 1:5000.
