Experimental details

Western blot analysis from lysates of human cartilage tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human CILP-1 N-Terminal Fragment Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47748) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for CILP-1 at approximately 100-110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
