- Human glioblastoma cell line, LN319 were fixed with 1% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for ten minutes then blocked by 5% FBS for 30 minutes. The tissue was then stained with 10 µg/mL of Podoplanin (clone NC-08) Alexa Fluor® 594 (red) overnight at 4°C in the dark. The nuclei were then counterstained with DAPI (blue). The image was captured with a 40X objective.
