- The extracts of mouse kidney (50 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with PDPN monoclonal antibody, clone 5E2 (Cat # MAB2099) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
