- Immunocytochemical analysis of CRHR1 in Neuro2a cells using a CRHR1 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18801). Neuro2a cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were incubated with 10 µg/mL of primary antibody for one hour followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Plasma membrane and vesicle staining is shown in the image. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue).Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

- Immunocytochemical analysis of CRHR1 in MCF7 cells using a CRHR1 polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18801). MCF7 cells were permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Cells were incubated with 10 µg/mL of primary antibody for one hour followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Cytoplasmic and vesicle staining can be seen as shown above. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
