- Experimental details
- Immunohistochemical analysis of ECE1 in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney. Samples were incubated in ECE1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47201) using a dilution of 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the endothelial cells in glomeruli.

- Flow cytometric analysis of MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line was stained with human ECE-1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47201) or control antibodyopen histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
