Detection of human BRCA2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HEK293T, OVCAR-3, Hep-G2, K-562, Jurkat, HeLa, U2OS, and MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Rabbit anti-BRCA2 antibody (Product # A300-005A; lot A300-005A-4) for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Detection of human BRCA2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer.Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRCA2 antibody A300-005A (lot A300-005A-3) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. BRCA2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BRCA2 antibody A303-434A. For blotting immunoprecipitated BRCA2, A300-005A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
