Histamine H4 Receptor antibody detects Histamine H4 Receptor protein by western blot analysis. HL-60 whole cell extracts and membrane extracts (unboiled) (30 £gg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Histamine H4 Receptor antibody (GTX130116) diluted at 1:1000.
