Western Blot: SOD2/Mn-SOD Antibody [NB200-165] - Whole cell lysate (30 ug) from rat vascular smooth muscle cells treated with IL-1 beta (3 ng/ml) for 24 hours (+) or untreated (-). Antibody used at 0.4 ug/ml.
