- Western blot detection of human SOD1 using rabbit SOD1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0724) at a dilution of 1 in 500. This antibody detects a band of 16 KDa in human Jurkat T cell extracts (lane 2) . Its specificity for human SOD1 is shown by the lack of reactivity with mouse brain tissue extracts (lane 1) .
