- Western Blot: Von Willebrand Factor Antibody (2Q2134) [NBP1-39497] - Human placenta lysate was resolved by electrphoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with NBP1-39497 (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using and IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates protein von Willebrand Factor (310KD).
