- Western Blot: ICAM-1/CD54 Antibody (MEM-111) [NB500-318] - ICAM-1 protein expression levels in rat lung tissue after the different treatments in each group. Immunoblotting showed increase in ICAM-1 after one course of paclitaxel compared with normal lung tissue; p < 0.01. These changes were reversed by using parecoxib in combination with paclitaxel, while the group that received parecoxib treatment alone resembled the Con group. The bar graph under the protein strap represents the corresponding band intensities; the data are presented as x +/- s and corrected by GA. - Flow Cytometry: ICAM-1/CD54 Antibody (MEM-111) [NB500-318] - Analysis using PE conjugate of NB500-318. A cell surface stain was performed on THP-1 cells with ICAM-1/CD54 antibody (MEM-111) NB500-318 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1:100 for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to PE.
