- Western blot analysis of HnRNP A1 expression in rat liver extract (lane 1), mouse thymus extract (lane 2) and HELA whole cell lysates (lane 3). HnRNP A1 at 39KD was detected using rabbit anti- HnRNP A1 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # A01476) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
